Campground Rules
Thank you for choosing Paradise Lodge on Fletcher Pond. We are so excited to have you stay with us. Here are the rules and expectations for visitors staying with us at the lodge.
Reservation & Fees
Campsite rate: $45.00 per night, includes up to 4 people. Up to 2 additional guests ($8/person) allowed (max 6 guests per site).
Each site may have one camping unit or up to two tents, and up to two vehicles.
Day-use visitors must register in the office: $5.00 per person.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in: 3:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Early and Late check-out fee: $5 per hour.
Quiet Hours
11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please turn off music and keep voices low.
Pets
Must be leashed and attended at all times.
Pick up after your pet and dispose of waste in the designated barrels.
No aggressive animals.
Pets are not allowed inside any buildings or cabins.
Fires & Fireworks
Fires only in designated fire rings.
Do not throw cans, bottles, or trash into the fire.
Fireworks and firearms are strictly prohibited.
Trash & Recycling
Place general trash in blue barrels by 6:30 PM.
Dispose of cans and bottles in the designated recycling bins.
Facilities & Equipment
No generators permitted.
Do not wash RVs, golf carts, or vehicles on site.
No pouring grease or oil down any drains.
Swimming at your own risk; no lifeguard on duty. No swimming from the boat launch.
No fishing from any docks.
Speed limit across the grounds is 5 MPH (applies to vehicles, golf carts, ORVs).
General Conduct
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
No horseplay or fighting; any damages will be charged to responsible parties.
Treat all facilities (cabins, restrooms, picnic areas) with care.
No smoking or vaping inside any building or cabin.
Cabin-Specific Rules
No cleaning fish in cabins; use the fish cleaning station behind the lodge.
Do not rearrange furniture.
Wash all dishes with soap after use; do not leave dirty dishes behind.
Return any moved utensils or cookware to their original cabin.
Liability & Management
Management is not responsible for accidents, injuries, weather-related losses, theft, or other incidents.
Campers are liable for damage caused by themselves, their children, or guests.
Management may evict anyone for detrimental behavior or failure to follow guidelines; no refunds will be issued.
